NEW Recording of The Black Prism!

Simon VanceThe Black Prism

What’s better than having the actor who Neil Gaiman calls “the gold standard of  narrators” reading one of your novels? When he reads the entire series!

I’m delighted to announce that 12-time Audie Award winner Simon Vance is re-recording THE BLACK PRISM in an all-new edition so audiobook listeners can enjoy his artistry, warmth, and range throughout the entire Lightbringer Series.

    Thank goodness!

  2. Pat says:

When will it be available on audible in the UK?

    1. CAPSLOCK says:

      Hi Pat,

It should be available in the UK in a week — two at the most!

      1. Pat says:

        Any further news on this?

  3. David says:

I’ve been hoping for this! Simon is an awesome reader. It will be nice to have him do the whole series.

  4. Donnell says:

I told myself I would never buy an audiobook twice… then this happens… Thanks Brent!

  5. Richard says:

I can not thank you enough for continuing to ask the audio book publishers to get Simon Vance to narrate The Black Prism. I am starting it for the 3rd time and now I can enjoy the narrator.

  6. Jason Zelling says:

But I JUST finished the series a month ago. Listened to all 3 books in 12 days…

I guess 1 more time couldn’t hurt. That Black Prism narrator and his surfer dude Gavin impression was so cringe it hurt but I really enjoyed 2 and 3. Super nice job! If this guy is better though, oh boy, looking forward to it!

  7. Blase Villano says:

Well, now I have to re-buy this audiobook. Still glad that this is happening.

  8. Brendan Bassett says:

Thank you so very much for doing this! Wonderful to hear

  9. Jamie Bertram says:

Is it weird that as much as I acknowledge Christofer Jean’s performance was rather lackluster, I still kind of enjoyed it on some level?

  10. Josh dingle says:

When will this be released in the UK?

    1. CAPSLOCK says:

We’re working with the publisher to make sure it’s available in the UK as soon as possible! Will update as soon as we hear back!
