How did I miss this synopsis? Almost as good as the advice itself!
I still think you should’ve ended The Broken Eye with Karris’ last realisation. It feels like such a natural fit that everything afterwards is weakened.
But you’ve written lots of awesome books, and I haven’t, so I’m willing to defer to your judgement.
