Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will work on a case-by-case basis to see if an exchange, refund, or return is necessary.

Personalized Orders

Any personalized products can take up to 4-6 weeks longer to ship.

Non-personalized orders

Non-personalized orders will be processed and shipped once a week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in the U.S. (for non-personalized products).

International Orders

International orders require a different schedule. Please allow 6 weeks from the time it was shipped before requesting a replacement or refund. All international orders are shipped via Priority so a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for any extra fees and/or taxes that your country may incur on your package.
